Whether you are due for a routine cleaning or want a complete smile transformation, we are here to help. Great dental care goes beyond a beautiful smile; it plays a role in your overall health and wellness. From the moment you walk through our doors, you will be greeted with a warm smile and a team committed to making your visit the best dental experience you have ever had. 

What to Bring

At your first visit, we ask that you bring your driver's license or a form of identification, your dental insurance information and have already or are ready to fill out our new patient forms. Please arrive to your 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure adequate time for onboarding. 

What to Expect

We will review your dental and medical history and complete any necessary x-rays of your teeth and mouth. Dr. Eades will examine your mouth, making sure both your teeth and gums are healthy. He will check for any early signs of tooth decay and gum disease. Once you have been examined, Dr. Eades will discuss with you any work he feels will be necessary and why. Dr. Eades and his team will take the time to talk with you to go over any questions you may have about your dental needs.

Patient Financing/ Dental Insurance

We are currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Southland, Viva, and Medicare; however we are happy to file all dental insurances for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. 

We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan and CareCredit.
